Sign up for this class if you have opted to self-isolate at home during pandemic scare, are travelling or are feeling a little under the weather but well enough to workout.
Keep the area you are exercising free of obstacles, slippery floors etc, and make sure that you wear proper footwear, use a mat where needed and stay hydrated.
Of course your doctor should be advised at any time that you are changing your exercise or nutrition programs.
You may be required to sign an additional document to use these workouts. They may be delivered by audio, document or video.
