Hybrid: the class is offered online and in studio
This introductory class is designed specifically for the student new to yoga or new to the Iyengar Method of Yoga. These classes introduce poses “asanas” and the basic principals of alignment.
In this class, Randy guides you through the foundational aspects of yoga poses, ensuring that you grasp the essence of each posture. You'll build a solid understanding of the basic actions and alignment, which will serve as the cornerstone for your practice.
Week by week, you'll witness your skills and confidence grow as you delve deeper into the yoga world. Randy's instruction includes tailored modifications for those who may need them, making this class suitable for everyone.

We currently do not require masks or proof of vaccination for those attending classes in studio. We do ask that if you are not feeling well please stay home and take an online class.
