Learn the basics of pranayama. Pranayama is the fourth limb of yoga. Prana means life force or breath sustaining the body; Ayama translates as “to extend or draw out.” Together two mean breath extension or control. With regular practice of pranayama, the lines of vital energy are untangled and energy flows freely. This LiveStream course will teach you postures to open the body and relieve stress in order to prepare the body for breathwork. Some previous yoga experience preferred.
