The Anya method is a deliberate and dynamic practice that presents meditation through fitness. This total body conditioning class draws from Yoga, Pilates and Thai body work by using a series of techniques, such as ‘micro-movements’ and TAG phrases for alignment, body awareness and connecting with your innate energy system.
Out of respect for our clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start. Anyone more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed in class.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED PRIOR TO CLASS.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR A MASK WHEN ENTERING. CONSENT TO HAVING TEMPERATURE TAKEN.
MUST SUPPLY OWN MAT, BLOCKS, STRAPS, GLIDERS AND BALLS.
