Due to our new acquaintance, COVID-19, and the unfortunate
nature of having to close our facility, we here at RISE are
offering exclusive classes to our members that you can access from
the comfort of your own home.
This class is designed to get you up, moving, and sweating for 30
minutes. Burn off all those quarantine snacks with this high
intensity interval training workout.
You will need a barbell, 2 5lb or 10lb weigths and a mat.
Make sure you have space to move laterally and jump. The best space to do this would be in an empty room, in the driveway, or in the backyard (as long as your neighbors are the required distance from you).
