An intermediate level, mind-body workout that incorporates
balance training, stability and core, flexibility, and mobility.
This class will help expand your athletics and ability to move
smoothly and freely.
A yoga mat is recommended. If you don't have one, find a semi-soft
surface where your bare feet will not slide.
