This is our traditional 26&2 class, this time taught online!
To access the class you'll need:
Access to a computer or a phone/tablet with the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app installed.
An email address on your WellnessLiving profile and have email notifications from us turned on.
Class registration will end 30 minutes before class starts.
At 20 minutes before class starts, we will send out an email link to the online class to everyone registered. If you do not receive the link, please let us know ASAP. Click the link to start the feed on your computer or it will prompt you to launch the app.
A bit about 26&2
A sequenced class of 26 classic postures based on the Classic
84 Asanas introduced by Bishnu Ghosh in Calcutta. These postures
are designed to address every muscle, organ and joint in the body,
strengthening the spine, stimulating the internal organs,
detoxifying the entire system and opening the heart!
The '26' refers to the 26 postures and the '2' refers to the 2
breathing exercises done at the start and end of class.
Perfect class for new comers as well as long time yoga enthusiasts.
