A Wonderful Restorative Yoga Practice, with a touch of
Yin
Wednesday & Friday, this is one of our most popular
classes.
You will be supported and held by props and encouraged to rest the
body and focus on your breath. In this practice the postures are
held for several minutes & you will be guided in relaxation
& breathing practices as your body unravels on
props.
This class is the ideal balance to your more active practice and is
a chance to slow down and connect with a sense of calmness and
acceptance. A real treat for the end of the working
week!
