This HIIT/CORE workout will feature our virtual training technique by bringing our gym into your home! Every workout includes total body strength training, functional core training, and cardio conditioning exercises.
All HIIT/CORE workouts are Low Impact/High Intensity, designed to burn maximal calories while minimizing stress on your joints.
* The workout will also consist of a dynamic warmup and a flexibility / mobility cooldown.
* No equipment is required.
