Conditioning Lab is a full body workout drawing from Laura's extensive knowledge of Pilates, functional strength training, joint mobility, and proper technique.  If you prefer to relieve stress with some physical exertion, this class is for you!

Special Instructions

We are using the Cisco Webex platform for virtual classes.  After booking you will receive an email confirmation with the link to your virtual class and login instructions (it’s easy!).  Please note: virtual class purchases are non-refundable and expire 30 days from date of purchase or when the studio re-opens.
