Vata classes are energizing, creative and focused towards balancing the body by allowing opportunity to move and express yourself freely. When out of balance, vata energy can feel like anxiety, spaciness, or unorganized in the mind and body. The goal of our vata classes is to bring a sense of balance and clarity back into the anxious mind.
