Come join us at the barre! SWEAT offers ballet-inspired fitness classes for overall conditioning as well as targeted workouts for abs, thighs, or glutes. Pliés, relevés, and sauté jumps don't just look graceful, the ballet moves also lengthen and strengthen muscles and burn calories.
The class uses a 39" fitness ballet bar, small exercise balls, light hand weights, and exercise bands, all provided.
Please bring your own Yoga mat; they are thin and provide more grip to prevent sliding. A very limited amount of mats may be available for loan.
