Yoga Movement classes at SWEAT, consists of the traditional physical exercise based upon poses that promote improved control of the mind and body to enhance well-being.  It's designed to utilize a variety of Yoga movements (minus the traditional spiritial disipline) emphasizing controlled breathing, and poses to help stretch and strengthen the body. 

The Yoga Movement class may also include a variety of core, pilates, foam roller and stretching moves.


Special Instructions

This class is conducted barefoot.  We recommend you bring your own Yoga mat.  A limited number of loaners may be available on a first come, first served basis.  Also, bring water and a towel.  Yoga towels are availble for purchase at SWEAT.
