Mat Pilates is THE Pilates. By learning how to move your body against gravity you will learn how to move in real life situations. Slip on the ice, twist your ankles in heels, bend over and pull your kids up, twist and load the dishwasher safely all because you learn how to functionally move.
Mr. Pilates was refering to the mat work when he said “in 10 sessions you will feel a difference, in 20 sessions you will see a difference and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body.” We will teach the classical method, so you know you are safe and will feel and see results quickly.
