New to pole? This is where it all begins! In this foundational level, you’ll learn essential spins, twirls, body waves, and transitions — building strength, confidence, and flow from the ground up.
Our progressive 4-class series is taught over 8 weeks, giving you time to practice, grow, and truly feel your progress as you develop your technique.
