Deep STRETCH is for students wanting to gain higher levels of flexibility that are specific to certain pole tricks and the body positions that are required to execute those tricks.
The Strong Straddles class is designed to enhance any tricks that require a middle split whilst in the air: Box Split, Tulip, Spatchcock and more!
The Happy Hamstrings class is designed to enhance tricks that require a front split/side split such as: Banana Split, Jade and Deville, Russian Split etc.
The Bendy Back and Shoulders class is will focus on gaining more flexibility in the shoulders, chest, arms and upper back. This class is designed to enhance tricks such as: Bridges, Cocoon, Fang, Satellite etc.
The Bendy Body class will focus on gaining more flexibility in the legs, shoulders, back and neck. This class is designed to enhance pole tricks where a full split and backbend are required together. Examples of pole skills that require such flexibility are: Allegra, Bird of Paradise, Rainbow Marchenko, Eagle etc.
Classes will rotate weekly!
What To Bring & Wear: Yoga mat, yoga and or loose fitted workout clothing.
