Move, stretch, and strengthen — all at once. This class focuses on improving flexibility through active stretching techniques that build strength, control, and range of motion for pole and dance.
You’ll work on flexibility that supports real movement — training your body for the shapes, lines, and extensions used in pole tricks and transitions.
Expect to feel lengthened, energized, and ready to move with more freedom.
