Kundalini Yoga is a powerful pracitce that promotes health, happiness, and spiritual awareness. The physical postures (kriyas) increase flexibility, strengthen the nervous system, balances the glandular system and improves the circulatory system. The pranayam (breath work), meditation techniques and mantra allow us to process our emotions, develop concertation and clarity so we can meet life’s challenges with strength, control, and grace. Classes can be energetic and vigorous or sometimes more meditative. Open to all levels including beginners.
