This class focuses on fundamental yoga poses to increase strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications are given to allow everyone to practice at their own personal level. Breathwork and meditation combined with the asanas (poses) make this class a rich time of practice.
You must signup for this class at least 15 mins before the class start time. You should receive a calendar invite from us with the link for this virtual class following successful registration.
