Shoulder injuries are some of the most common yoga-related injuries to occur. This members' clinic will explore the biomechanics of shoulder movement in asana. We'll talk about the bony structure and musculature of the shoulder and how they apply to specific poses such as chaturanga and downward-facing dog. We will meet live on April 8th at 6 pm for a 30-minute module on anatomy/biomechanics with open questions and an optional mini-flow through the end of a 60-minute block. Additionally, if you miss the session a recording will be available for 1 week after the class.
