Combo of cardio and weight training. This is a non-bungee class that uses various equipment to burn calories and enhance your cardio endurance.
We reserve the right to cancel any class if less than 2 people are signed up. If we are canceling, we will notify you by text and/or email at least 2 hours before classes that are scheduled. We do this because our format is group fitness which by definition requires a group, we have set the minimum group size at 2. Prevent your favorite class from canceled by registering as soon as you are absolutely positive you can attend.
