<p>This Beginner Yoga class is for those who have never done yoga before or who have been away from their yoga practice for a while. Learn the fundamentals of Basic Hatha Yoga to make you feel better all over. This class is especially helpful for back pain, stress reduction and better sleep. Flexibility and the ability to touch the toes is not a prerequisite. One reason we do yoga is to get more flexible, not because we're already flexible. </p>
