All Levels: A mixed level practice. It's beginner friendly with options to step up your practice depending on your experience. Classes will encompass a wide variety of poses and breath work.
You'll need: A yoga mat. Additional good to have props - a yoga strap (or a big towel), and 2 yoga blocks.
Classes are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a link for class a few minutes before it begins. If you don't see it, check your junk folder. You can also access class with the “join now” button directly in Wellness Living.
One reservation pass for one person please.
