This beginner class is appropriate for clients new to Pilates who do not have major injuries or physical limitations. This class can stand alone as a way to build a new Pilates practice or it can supplement in-center apparatus work to maximize your results. Ila builds on the classical Pilates work with props and modifications/variations to give clients a challenging, empowering workout that honors any limitations and leaves you feeling energized.

About Ila: Ila found Pilates in her journey to heal from injuries sustained in her years as a track athlete. She enjoys combining cardio work and strength-oriented Pilates to give students a well-rounded workout appropriate for their working level.
After registering,you will receive an email with the ZOOM link within 24 hours of the class.
Please arrive for your online class a few minutes before class time to ensure you can get into zoom without any issues. When you enroll in a recorded group class, you will have access to the On Demand class in your Wellness Living account no later than 6pm on the day of the class. Videos will expire after 36 hours in your account. You will need to log into your profile in Wellness Living via desktop or laptop computer to access the video.
