Class will focus on weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening exercises which are important for building and maintaining bone density. Class includes general tips for bone health. Suitable for all fitness levels. Equipment: chair, mat, resistance band, light cuff and/or hand weight (optional).
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the class via ZOOM including a meeting ID and password the evening before your class. Be sure to allow yourself extra time beforehand to log in and get set up for class.
