Vin Yin is a yoga sequence that has both movement and stillness.
Starting with movements linked with breath known as Vinyasa, to warm up body up and rid of stagnation and toxins. After this, your body has a greater capacity to pause. The Yin part is both strengthening and stretching muscles, but the longer hold gets deeper into the fasciae, tendons, and ligaments that prevent joint stiffness.
Perfect for the athlete or those needing to slow down and active mind. This practice trains you to be still, and really get to know yourself, your body, how you think, and breath through moments of intensity.
