Center yourself with this focused morning practice
based in a modified Ashtanga primary flow (balancing & inverted
postures included, headstand not required). This class is a more
challenging style that includes poses for physical strength,
allowing you to feel rejuvenated, stronger, toned, more flexible
and controlled.
If you already have some yoga experience and are
ready to explore your personal yoga edge in good community, please
join us. Minimal instruction is offered on poses. Poses will
be called in Sanskrit and English, breath focus is ujjayi pranayama
for creating tone & stability in the body and for stimulating
the vagus nerve to reduce stress & anxiety. No music is
used in this class.
