The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that focuses on the entire body. The rhythmic and flowing movement sequences stimulate the nervous system, open energy pathways, increases an individual’s range of motion and establishes functional strength. It is a unique and innovative method that coordinates movement, breath, and mental focus. The Gyrokinesis method uses a mat and chair versus equipment so that class participants can develop their proprioception skills and explore movement. This Basics class is appropriate for clients who have little to no Gyrokinesis experience.


Special Instructions

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the class via ZOOM including a meeting ID and password.

Please make sure to register beforehand. When it is time for your class allow yourself extra time to log in and ensure your camera and audio are working properly.

For Class, you will need a short stool or a chair where your feet can touch the ground. If you do not have a stool, you may order one here. You will also need a pilates or yoga mat.
