Building strong aerobic fitness is the foundation of developing fitness on the bike. The stronger and more powerful you become at the lowest heart rate possible is what makes you fast when you need it during an event or race.
The powerful 15-minute strength and 2-hour bike session will be done virtually via zoom so you can join from anywhere and be supported by a supportive community of athletes. The training session can be followed on Trainer Road or Zwift.
7 sessions - Saturdays November 14th to December 19th - 6:30am-8:45am
Equipment needed - bike, indoor trainer, mat, dumbbell/Kettlebell (preferred) internet connection and viewing device. Bring hydration and nutrition as needed.
