OVERVIEW:
We will mindfully and effectively present a class open to all working through areas of the hips and heart. Each class will also include: centering, pranayama, abdominal muscular control, alignment inward and out, a peppering of philosophy and relaxation. Expect an active, playful, rewarding class.
The First, Third and if there is a Fifth Monday of each month will be HIPS!!
The Second and Fourth Monday will be HEART/CHEST/UPPER BACK/SHOULDERS
