Join us for this dynamic, awakening class where we work into our fascia. Our Fascia are connective tissues that weave throughout our entire body. The fascia stabilises our muscles, bones, and organs together. It makes up our tendons, ligaments, and over 30 percent of our muscles.
What determines how flexibile and mobility aligns directly with how well we take care of our fascia. If we are inactive and lose our mobility we feel achy and sore. When we stretch and strengthen our fascia, we increase mobility, promoting healthier movement and improved quality of life.
This sequence uses dynamic, rebounding movements to condition and improve your fascia into supple, reactive bands that bring back freedom of movement.
