bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
Special Instructions
Grab a sturdy chair or use a counter top or a handrail, dumbbells (1-2 kgs max) or a water bottle, a mat and your laptop or phone. Make sure there are no men around please and you have enough space to move freely without banging your toes or kicking a lamp For the class to be fruitful and fun for everyone, I ask you to please switch off your video and audio during the workout.
