The
Pause….definition…to interrupt or temporarily stop….to
step away, and just be.
This
practice of pausing will combine Urban Zen practices such as
mindful movements and restorative poses, pranayama, meditation,
iRest/yoga nidra and gong. Each session provides the
opportunity to build awareness into your presence and the
practices that can restore you, providing you tools for mini-pauses
throughout your day. Blankets/towels, pillows, chairs…all things
you have in your home will be used to support you in this
practice.
