Practice in the traditon of the Ancients. This is the very foundation, the roots of our Asana, or physical practice. Postures will be mindfully instructed with an emaphasis on alignment and Pranayama. This practice is suitable for beginners and seasoned practioners alike. Commit to balancing your mind, body, and spirit while building strength and flexibilty.
Thanks for signing up for our virtual yoga practice! You will receive your class reminders 1 hour and about 5 minutes before class. We recommend to sign up for class at least 10 minutes prior and click the zoom link at least 5 minutes before start time to get settled in.
