In this guided freestyle, explore your movement and learn how to transition flawlessly into moves on and off the pole with heels. Create new sequences and seamlessly link them together by flowing through each movement.
Prerequisite: Intro to Pole 4-weeks series (or equivalent)
Equipment: Pole + Heels (or socks) + knee pads
