In this guided freestyle, explore your movement and learn how to transition flawlessly into moves on and off the pole. Create new sequences and seemlessly link them together by flowing through each movement. 

Prerequisite: Intro to Pole 4-weeks series (or equivalent)

Equipment: Pole + Full coverage: knee pads, leggings, socks, lightweight long-sleeve shirt (shoulders, back and belly covered)
