This is an introductory class designed for students who are new to Silks and Sling. Students will learn the fundamentals of aerial silks and aerial sling, unique types of movements in the air, in addition to conditioning exercises focused on increasing upper body and core strength. No prior experience needed. Students will be able to learn at their own pace.
This class will give you a full-body workout while giving you a taste of what aerial movement is all about.
