This is an introductory class designed for students who are new to aerial hoop. Students will learn the fundamentals of aerial hoop and unique types of movements in the air, in addition to conditioning exercises focused on increasing upper body and core strength. No prior experience needed. Students will be able to learn at their own pace.
This class will give you a full-body workout while giving you a taste of what aerial movement is all about.
How To Prepare: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. It's best to wearform-fitting clothing that covers your underarms and knees (for example, a fitted t-shirt and leggings). Clothing with zippers, buttons, dangling straps, or anything else that may snag the hoop is prohibited. All jewelry is prohibited. Absolutely no exceptions for your safety and ours.
No Shows/Cancelations: We require a minimum of 12 hours of cancellation notice in order to keep your class credit. If you choose to cancel within 12 hours of the class, class credit will be lost.
