delivered via Zoom and requires access to the Internet and a device
equipped with a camera, speakers and microphone in order to stream
the class.
Class Description:
A full body workout customized for pole dancers and aerialists
to target the muscles and movements needed for pole and aerial
specific skills such as climbing, inversions, and girp
conditioning. This class is best enjoyed with access to a
pole, however many of the exercises can be done with off-pole
modifications which the instructor will provide if requested.
Don't have a pole and prefer not to have to modify to follow
