SLOW FLOW We invite you to wake up your body, expand your mind, explore your habits, and energize your spirit. This class slows us down and brings our consciousness to the present moment. You will grow strong, release tension, and turn off mind chatter through yoga postures.
Please arrive on time for class. If you are late & there is a person present on the waitlist, your spot will be given to the waitlisted student. THE FRONT DOOR WILL BE LOCKED 5 MINUTES AFTER CLASS BEGINS TO AVOID INTERRUPTIONS.
Please do not attend in person, but take our online class option if you answer "yes" to ANY of the following:
You have recently had a fever, cough, aches.
You have recently been in contact with someone who has Covid-19.
