RESTORATIVE yoga utilizes a hefty use of props to create comfortable and easeful positions for practitioners to relax in for extended amounts of time. In Restorative Yoga, we lie passively in supported postures for 10-20 minutes each, allowing opening, relaxation, and rest. It is deeply soothing for the nervous system& helps balance stress. Leave feeling like you just had the best nap of your life! The Monday & Thursday classes will also include a meditation or breath practice. Accessible for all.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cannot attend a class you signed up for, please cancel no later than 4 hours before class. Failure to cancel your class within 4 hours will result in forfeiting 1 class for class-pass holders. Members who do not cancel will be charged a $10 fee per class.
Please wear a mask & bring your own mat, props and/or towel.
Please do not attend in person, but take our online class option if you answer "yes" to ANY of the following:
You have recently had a fever, cough, aches.
You have recently been in contact with someone who has Covid-19.
You have an autoimmune dificiency or a chronic disease.
