RESTORATIVE yoga utilizes a hefty use of props to create comfortable and easeful positions for practitioners to relax in for extended amounts of time. In Restorative Yoga, we lie passively in supported postures for 10-20 minutes each, allowing opening, relaxation, and rest. It is deeply soothing for the nervous system& helps balance stress. Leave feeling like you just had the best nap of your life! Accessible for all.
Please arrive on time for class. If you are late & there is a person present on the waitlist, your spot will be given to the waitlisted student. THE FRONT DOOR WILL BE LOCKED 5 MINUTES AFTER CLASS BEGINS TO AVOID INTERRUPTIONS.
