Thursday 9/24/20 - sheet pan open faced Italian subs 

4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons dried oregano
Kosher salt and black pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 can chickpeas
5 ounces salami 
1 red onion 
1 head radicchio 
1 red bell pepper 
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
12 pepperoncini peppers
Provolone cheese for serving (4-6 slices or about 4 ounces 
Crusty bread, for serving
