Sheet pan Chili Lime Salmon with Potatoes
Ingredients
1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil,divided
¾ teaspoon salt, divided
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 lime
2 medium bell peppers, any color
1 - 1¼ pounds salmon filet, cut into 4 portions
Will need a rimmed baking sheet
