The yoga trapeze is a unique blend of yoga, suspension training and aerial yoga techniques. In this class we will work on releasing back tension and back pain through a series of movements on the floor and in the trapeze.
Please check with your teacher about recent back injuries before practicing in the yoga trapeze.
Due to current health concerns, please note that we are heavily sanitizing the trapeze after each use.
If you would prefer to bring your own rig to use, you are more than welcome to do that and we can set it up on the current ropes and hooks.
