<p>The yoga trapeze is a unique blend of yoga, suspension training and aerial yoga techniques. In this class we will flow through a sequence of poses and trapeze movements to fly and flip through the air. </p>
<p>Yoga trapeze basics is a requirement to take this class as you will be expected to be comfortable with inversions in the trapeze. </p>
<p>Please check with your teacher about recent back injuries before practicing in the yoga trapeze. </p>
