If you are struggling with stamina during your routines or becoming winded easily when dancing, this is the class for you. You will need to know how to chopper, climb, and pole sit already for this class. For Academy Students: Sophomore or higher.
Bring a small towel for wiping the pole and/or your body. DO NOT APPLY ANY LOTION OR OILS FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COMING TO CLASS. Recommended clothing: Shorts, tank top, sports bra, etc.
