This 45 minute class is designed
to practice mindful movement and breath awareness, and the shorter
time frame is intended to make yoga a versatile and
time-accessible practice. Settle into your body
with gentle movement that swiftly transitions towards active
flow. Cultivate heat through sequences that blend creative sun
salutations, balancing postures, and grounding breath work. Then
settle back into the body through restorative shapes prior to
finishing up your practice.
All levels are welcome, but as the pace may be quicker through the
flow section of class, prior yoga experience is helpful. Use
of blocks and blankets may be helpful for coming into shapes where
the body may need additional support.
