FO Fitness boot camp offers fun and effective workouts that will challenge you beyond your limits, and strengthen your mind and body. We incorporate unique training format that promotes the principles of conditioning:

Open to all fitness levels, our 60-minute boot camp classes take place outdoors depending upon the weather and time of the day. Each session incorporates a different routine with challenging and fun exercises that range from circuit and interval training, agility drills, obstacle courses, calisthenics, group challenges, and competition centered around proven military-style exercises designed to wake up “the inner athlete” in you in a high-energy teamwork environment.
