Restoring Power is a restorative-oriented class that will invigorate your mind and body through breath, slow movement and deep stretches. By holding the asanas for several minutes, you will gain access to the deep layers of connective tissues in the body, preparing the body and mind for a deeper experience in meditation. This class is accessible to all levels. Use of props such as blocks, blankets and bolsters are encouraged.
Members have priority booking until 24 hours before class. At that time, class pass holders and drop ins may register. We will enable a waitlist for each class.
