This Boot Camp builds on foundational Pilates exercises and is
tailored for people with previous Pilates experience. We'll go
deeper into the Pilates movement system and explore challenging
sequences of Pilates exercises with precision, control, flow,and
rhythm. Inversions, fun balancing poses, and of course, lots of
abdominal exercises are on the menu!
