Gentle yoga is appropriate for all levels, including total beginners. It's an excellent, effective way for getting in a gentle stretch first thing in the morning. No prior yoga experience required. Cancer survivors, and students with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions welcome.
Please practice collective care as we cautiously open for small group in-studio classes.
