Join us for an evening of relaxation! 

Featuring our Flex N' Stretch class where you will be led in a variety of stretching and balancing movements to loosen those tight muscles and relieve stress. In addition, enjoy some meditation, mood lighting, candles, and wine to add to your overall relaxation.

The class will begin with a short period of “mild mingling” to unwind, sip a little, snack a little, and set the mood. 

Bring your own favorite wine. We provide the mats and glasses.
