Flexibility Training class is targeted mobility training that involves long-hold stretches. Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work. The practice is meant to supplement, not replace, other forms of yoga or exercise.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Please bring your own mat. Other Props will be provided that are throughly cleaned after each use. If you feel more comfortable to bring own props including yoga blocks, yoga strap or an extra blanket. We also have some available for purchase. Enjoy Class! and drink lots of water!
